Planned Maintenance Agreements

Research has proven that regular maintenance and inspection of a home’s heating and air conditioning system will prolong the life of the system, as well as keep it running at its optimum efficiency level. This translates to lower utility bills, lower repair costs, and longer equipment life expectancy.

 

Planned maintenance agreements:

  • Protect against system neglect not covered by warranties
  • Extend the life of your air conditioning/heating system
  • Reduce the chance of costly repairs
  • Help to maintain a comfortable environment
  • Improve the efficiency of your air conditioning/heating system and lower energy costs


Our planned maintenance agreements include a spring and fall service, priority scheduling for service calls, with a 15% discount on the entire service invoice.

Spring and Fall services include, but are not limited to:

 

All Systems:


  • Check overall operation
  • Clean/inspect filters
  • Check electrical controls and connections
  • Check air temperature differentials
  • Lubricate motors
  • Check general system operation, controls and safeties


Heat Pump/ Air Conditioner:


  • Check refrigerant charge
  • Clean and blow out condensate drain line using CO2
  • Inspect indoor/outdoor coils for cleanliness


Gas/ Oil Furnace:


  • Inspect heat exchanger
  • Inspect and clean burners
  • Check pilot and/or ignition controls
  • Inspect flue
  • Inspect nozzle and oil filters


Gas/ Oil Boilers:


  • Inspect water jacket
  • Inspect and clean burners
  • Check pilot and/or ignition controls
  • Inspect flue
  • Check boiler pressure
  • Drain expansion tank as necessary
  • Bleed radiators (must be accessible)
  • Lubricate pump
