The 312AAV Two-stage 4-Way Multipoise Gas Furnace offers outstanding comfort in an 80% AFUE furnace. You get the benefits of Perfect Heat™: reduced drafts, reduced sound levels, longer cycles, less temperature swing between cycles, less temperature difference between rooms, and improved indoor air quality. Plus, it features a dehumidify mode and the ability to change continuous fan speeds from the thermostat. The 312AAV furnace is approved for use with natural or propane gas.

315JAV Plus 80v™
The 315JAV Variable-Speed 4-Way Multipoise Gas Furnace offers outstanding comfort and electrical efficiency in an 80% AFUE furnace. You get all the benefits of Perfect Heat™ and Perfect Humidity™ reduced drafts, reduced sound levels, longer, more gentle cycles, less temperature swings between cycles, and less temperature differences between rooms. Also, it improves indoor air quality, plus provides outstanding electrical efficiency all year long: homeowners can now economically run constant fan to help eliminate temperature differences throughout the house and to get better indoor air quality. This Perfect Humidity™ furnace also increases comfort in the summer by wringing out extra humidity. The 315JAV furnace is approved for use with natural or propane gas and is approved for use in Low NOx Air Quality Management Districts.

352AAV - Plus 90t™ Description
The Plus 90t™ utilizes similar heating technology to the Plus 90i™ in a two-stage model. The Plus 90t™ is designed for high-efficiency, reliability and value to the consumer. The Plus 90t™ can typically pay for itself in energy savings when compared to the model it is replacing.

355AAV-Variable Capacity Condensing Furnace
The Plus 90i™ sets the standard for home comfort. This unique combination of 2-stage gas valve, variable speed inducer motor, variable speed blower motor, and a patented, intelligent electronic control center offer the ability to adapt to changing needs within the home. The Plus 90i™ offers efficiencies from 92.7% to 96.6% AFUE depending on model and operating position. Electrical consumption is reduced to less than that of a 100 watt light bulb in low heat and continuous fan. Combined gas and electrical usage make the Plus 90i™ the most energy efficient line of furnaces you can buy-saving home owners money all year long.

355CAV-Variable Capacity Condensing Furnace
The model 355CAV Plus 95s™ Condensing Gas Furnace is designed for ultra-high efficient operation with 95% Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency (AFUE) in the upflow position. Quiet operation and maximum comfort are achieved through the use of Bryant's PerfectSense™ feature that utilizes a multi-stage gas valve, along with a unique arrangement with the multi-stage gas control, variable speed blower and inducer. Evolution™ features, sealed combustion, and direct venting makes this furnace an industry pacesetter. An Evolution Control and an Evolution or Preferred AC or Heat Pump must be used to form a complete Evolution System. The Plus 95s may be installed in upflow, downflow or horizontal applications using direct vent/2pipe furnace or as an optional ventilated combustion air application. The Plus 95s is approved for use with natural or propane gas and is GAMA certified. Field conversion to propane is required. All units meet California Air Quality Management District emission requirements. All sizes are design certified in Canada.
