Position: Customer Service Representative

Daily Duties:

1. Respond to all messages left over night

2. Schedule and coordinate all maintenance calls as calls are received

3. Maintain USA Club Members, including billing, scheduling, database information, and renewals

4. Help office manager with marketing issues as directed

5. Update customer files (warranties, equipment etc.)

6. Answer all incoming phone calls and help customers accordingly (scheduling for repair, service, installation estimates etc.)

7. Maintain customer satisfaction ratings

 

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred

2. 2 or more years’ experience in customer service or call center experience preferred

3. Excellent customer service skills

4. Excellent communication skills

5. Computer literate

6. Follows instructions well

7. Problem solver

8. Motivated

9. Can work independently

10. Can multi–task

11. Detail oriented

12. Professional
