Great Service, One Area For Improvement

My wife and I use Tuckers for both HVAC and plumbing services on an ongoing basis. In fact, 19 years ago Tuckers was the HVAC contractor when we built our home, and we've been with them ever since. They do a stellar job of hiring their technicians! Across 19 years, twice a year for routine service check ups, you might expect a "bad apple" here or there, or maybe a good person just having a bad day and taking it out on us. But it hasn't happened and we've been impressed not only with the quality of the technical work - HVAC and plumbing - but especially the quality of the PEOPLE who come here from Tuckers. As a business, you can't buy that kind of PR for your firm. Their people/technicians are the best. My only suggestion for improvement is actually with the owners of the company. Over the 19 years we've been with Tuckers, I've written several letters and sent several emails to the owners, commending their people as I've done here in this review. One of the owners used to reply to my "atta boys," but the last two times across the last 2 or 3 years or so, I've not gotten a reply, not even a brief one. This is disappointing to me personally but it's hardly a knock on what Tuckers provides, which is superior HVAC and plumbing services delivered by the best techs/people in the business. Bottom line, probably not one in a million people seeking HVAC and/or plumbing services would care at all lif the company owners are responsive to compliments of their employees. I'm weird that way I guess, LOL! For 99.99% of the people in the market for HVAC and plumbing services, I think this review says it all: You'd be hard pressed to find a better HVAC/plumbing service provider than Tuckers.
